UC Davis Olive Center Olio Nuovo Festival

The UC Davis Olive Center in collaboration with the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation and the tribe’s Séka Hills line of agriculture products have created the 2021 limited edition Olio Nuovo from UC Davis Wolfskill Experimental Orchard and the plantings at the blue hills tribal land in the Capay Valley.

In conjunction with this year's UC Davis Olive Center Olio Nuovo Festival, the Center is offering a short, in-person workshop on home gardening with olive trees at the beautiful Good Life Garden located the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science and with the sponsorship of Novavine Olive Nursery. Come and learn basics for growing and caring for olive trees in your landscape, and taste one of the freshest extra virgin olive oil we've ever produced! For the purchase of three or more Olio Nuovo bottles, you can take home an Olive Tree courtesy of Novavine.
