UC Davis Viticulture and Enology on the road in Parlier

The Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis is traveling around the State of California to present relevant research topics to specific regions.  This "On the road" educational event will take place at the Kearney Agricultural Research and Extension Center in Parlier. Presentation topics include:  Understanding cap extraction in red wine fermentations, Wine bottle closure consistency, Genomics tools for viticulture and Maturation Tools.
