CAMBP Exam Review Sept. 15

The CAMBP Apprentice Exam Review Day will include an overview of the syllabus and CAMBP Study Guide for the Apprentice program.  This is an excellent opportunity to ask any clarifying questions about the written or practical exam.

The cost for this review day is $40.00 cash or check at the door only.  We will provide snacks, refreshments and lunch.  Review starts at 9:00am and is expected to finish around 3:00pm depending on questions.
Join Bernardo and Dr. Elina Nino as they offer a comprehensive exam review to assist you in preparing for the California Master Beekeeper Program Apprentice Level exam to be written on Sunday September 16, 2018 at 9:00am.

At the EL Niño Bee Lab we work with live honey bees. Honey bees are stinging insects and while most stings do not require medical attention, a small portion of the human population can develop a life-threatening allergy. When working in the hives you will need to wear closed-toed and closed-heel shoes, long pants and long-sleeved shirt. Protective gear will be provided for you, but if you prefer you can bring your own. If stung, immediately remove the stinger by scraping it off and wash the area to remove alarm pheromone. If you experience shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea or any other serious symptoms, immediately seek medical attention.
