COOKING CLASS: 3:00pm; Carlos Alvarez Food Innovation Lab

COST: $75.00 per person; includes hands-on cooking, dinner, dessert and wine. (Must be 21+ to participate in wine pairing)

 MENU

  • Stilton-stuffed bacon-wrapped dates
  • Escarole, citrus, candied walnut, and goat cheese salad
  • Asparagus amandine
  • DIY gnocchi with marinara, pesto, and gorgonzola saucers
  • Classic chicken picatta
  • Spiced orange and vanilla crème brûlée
  • Raspberry chocolate truffles
