Join the Olive Center for a two-day two-day event dedicated to the agronomic principles of olive farming for oil production. This comprehensive program covers all cultivation systems and practices needed to maximize your yield and profit when growing olives for olive oil. It features expert-led lectures, hands-on field demonstrations, and guided industry visits to renowned local orchards

Registration and payment is only available through the UC Davis registration site and will close on July 20th or when the capacity is met. No other forms of payment can be accepted.

This class does not allow for refunds and will not be cancelled. In the event of a new health advisory, public safety restrictions or other unforeseen reason that may cancel in-person classes at UC Davis, we will conduct the class virtually with registered participants online via Zoom. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
