UC Davis Education Session at Expo West

If you are registered to attend Expo West, UC Davis is excited to be presenting an education session at the Anaheim Convention Center Marriott on March 4, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Dynamic New Trends & Benefits from Food Fermentation, Probiotics, & Prebiotic will feature Dean Stokes, and faculty members David A. Mills, Maria L. Marco and Carolyn Slupsky from the Department of Food Science and Technology.
