PacDev 2026
The Pacific Development Conference - PacDev - is one of the major annual conferences dedicated to development economics. The event brings together researchers and practitioners to present and discuss work that enhances our understanding of economic development, advances theoretical and empirical methods, and improves development interventions and policy.
Keynote Address
Edward Miguel, Distinguished Professor of Economics, the Oxfam Professor of Environmental and Resource Economics, & Faculty Co-Director of the Center for Effective Global Action at the University of California, Berkeley, will deliver the keynote address.

Conference Registration and Fees
$75 for students and/or any registrant who is based at a University or other institution in a Low or Middle Income Country (use coupon code QDVVZEZFQE at checkout).
$225 for faculty, post-docs, and other attendees.
Registration fees cover breakfast, lunch and a reception. Participants bear their own expenses for travel and accommodation.
