UC Davis Viticulture and Enology on the road in Monterey County

The Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis is traveling around the State of California to present relevant research topics to specific regions.  This "On the road" educational event will take place at the Monterey County Cooperative Extension Office in Salinas, CA. Presentation topics include:  Single-vine resolution irrigation, Understanding cap extraction in red wine fermentations, Genomics tools for viticulture,The Impact of Red Blotch disease on grape and wine composition, and Planting techniques, plant material, and training methods-their influence on vineyard development.
