2020 Fresh-Cut Products: Maintaining Quality and Safety--A Virtual Workshop

Format and Dates

Each Wednesday, for 5 weeks starting November 11, participants will receive access to a set of pre-recorded presentations. The Live Zoom Session for those presentations will occur on the following Wednesday from 8 to 12 Pacific Daylight Time.

Study Week November 11-17; Live Session November 17
Study Week November 18-24; Live Session November 24
Study Week November 25-December 1; Live Session December 1
Study Week December 2-8; Live Session December 8
Study Week December 9-15; Live Session December15

Sessions will be recorded if you are unable to participate at this time.

The interactive, virtual format will include pre-recorded video presentations, weekly live overview, highlights and Q&A sessions with instructors, demonstrations, produce experiments (demonstrations and homework), and break-out discussions. We will ask for questions to be submitted during the week and will answer the most relevant during the live sessions.

Full Registration: $750.00

Student and Developing Country Participant Registration: $300

The enrollment fee includes access to view pre-recorded videos of all topics and demonstrations, weekly live interactive Zoom meetings with instructors and PDF copies of all presentations.

REFUND POLICY

For cancellation requests received via email on or before November 10, 2020: Reimbursement of registration fees paid less $50 USD administrative fee.

Registration substitution or transfers must be approved by class administrator and can be requested before November 10, 2020

In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the Postharvest Technology Center will fully refund registration fees.
